Delivery Policy

Orders are usually decanted, labelled, checked and dispatched within one working day after payment is confirmed.

If an order needs longer because of stock or fulfilment checks, we will let you know.

UK standard delivery is usually 1-3 working days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees, especially during postal delays, bank holidays, severe weather or high-volume periods.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout.

If an address error is noticed before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been posted, we may not be able to redirect it.

Decants are sealed, leak-tested and packed in protective sleeves or boxes before dispatch.

If the parcel arrives damaged or leaking, follow the refunds and returns policy so the issue can be resolved quickly.
