How Spritz Vault handles the customer information needed to process and deliver orders.

When you place an order, we may use your name, email address, delivery address, order details, payment status and customer messages.
Payment card details are handled by Stripe. Spritz Vault does not receive or store your full card number.
We use order information to process payments, prepare orders, arrange delivery, handle customer support, prevent fraud and keep basic business records.
If analytics or marketing tools are added later, they should be used only to understand site performance and customer demand.
We share information only where needed to run the service, such as with Stripe for payment processing and delivery partners for postage.
We do not sell customer personal data.
Order records may be kept for accounting, tax, fraud prevention and customer-service reasons.
UK customers can ask to access, correct or delete personal information where the law allows. Some records may need to be retained for legal or business obligations.
